Chocolate Protein Cake Pop Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates (softened in warm water if needed)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Mix
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter you choose)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- Dark chocolate chips (optional, for melting and drizzling)
Instructions:
-
Mix the Base: Place dates, almond flour, rolled oats, Protein Mix, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla, and sea salt in a food processor. Blend until the mix sticks. Add a little water or nut milk if the mix is dry.
-
Shape the Bites: Scoop a tablespoon of the mix. Roll it gently into a ball. Place the ball on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
-
Cool Down: Put all the balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes. This step helps them firm up for storage.
-
Optional Top: Melt dark chocolate. Drizzle it over the balls. Return them to the fridge so the chocolate sets.
-
Taste: Once set, your Cake Pop Bites are ready to eat! They can sit in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week (if they last that long!).
