  • 1 scoop of Watermelon BCAAs (or a flavor you like)
  • A dash of honey or agave syrup (if you want more sweet)
  • Ice pop molds (or paper cups with sticks)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Items: In a bowl, mix the coconut water, juice, and BCAAs. If you want more sweet, add the honey or agave syrup. Stir until the mix is smooth.

  2. Set in the Fruits: Add the diced fruits into the mix. They bring a fun, bright touch to each bite.

  3. Fill the Molds: Pour the mix into your ice pop molds. If you use paper cups, fill them up to about three-quarters full so they have room to grow.

  4. Add the Sticks: Put the provided sticks into normal molds. If you use paper cups, wait for the mix to partly freeze (about one hour) and then stick a small wooden stick in so it will stand well.

  5. Freeze: Put the molds in the freezer. Let them rest for 4 to 6 hours until the mix is fully firm.

  6. Taste and Enjoy: When you want a cold treat, remove the pops from their molds. If they stick, run them under warm water for a few seconds to free them.
